- Always reject unknown calls or messages
- Keep calm, pause for a moment and consider whether the message can actually be genuine
- Never disclose passwords, PINs, login details or bank information
- Be suspicious of time pressure, threats or demands for money
Therefore #watchout: Phone calls or messages from strangers can be attempts to manipulate and trick you. Staying alert protects you from card fraud and phishing!
