Last year a scammer trio caused quite a stir in Romandy. They pretended to be in an emergency in the street in order to steal the credit card of their victims – mostly senior citizens. The brazen thieves were caught in Geneva at the end of November. They had captured a total of more than 80’000 Swiss francs.
