The festive season is often associated with a lot of shopping – both online and offline. This makes it all the more important to check transactions involving a debit or credit card.

- Check your payments regularly in the card app, in your account statements or on your monthly bank or card statement. This enables you to detect suspicious transactions at an early stage.
- Report unusual payments immediately to your bank or card provider to limit losses.
- Have your card blocked immediately in the event of misuse / suspicious transactions, and report them to the police.
A quick check of your card or bank statement can therefore not only protect you from card fraud, but also ensure you have a financially relaxed start to the New Year.
