Tips for the general public:
- Keep wallets and purses close to your body in zipped or buttoned pockets.
- Do not take any more cash with you than you will need.
- When paying by card or withdrawing money do not let yourself be distracted at the payment terminal.
- Make sure you know your PIN by heart. Never write your PIN on the card itself.
- Always conceal your PIN when entering it (with your hand, wallet / purse, etc.).
- If your card is stolen, have it cancelled at once and report the theft to the police.
