31.12.2024 –By taking a few precautions, you can significantly reduce the risk of falling for phishing attempts and thus ensure your own financial security. After all, it's better to be safe than sorry!
Remember these resolutions for a safe start to the new year:
- Regularly check card statements carefully.
- Never disclose login and card data.
- Activate an alert service to receive a message when payments are made.
- Adjust the geographical settings of your card (geoblocking).
- Always critically scrutinise messages from strangers.
- Choose strong passwords and use two-factor authentication.
- Keep withdrawal limits as low as possible.
