Beware of telephone tricks


Time and again, fraudsters pretend to be bank employees in order to request personal data. Be careful!

Banks or card institutions never ask for your PIN or login details over the phone. If you are unsure, hang up and contact your personal bank advisor. If you have fallen into the trap, cancel your card immediately and report it to the police.
